[The scene opens with Hayden Phoenix sitting on a couch with his legs up on the table. Phoenix seems to have an interesting smirk on his face, after winning his debut match in RWD]
Phoenix: Last week I helped my partner John Carter defeat a couple of chumps... and I learn this week that I have to fight Ray Harlan. He seems like a great guy, and I am proud to enter the ring with such a fan of the sport. You know Ray... I am a big fan of you as well! You are a great guy and together we will put on a clinic. You are not some goon from Jersey, or some trashman trying to make his name on the back of my own vision. You are someone that I can respect, and I have no need to say anything bad about you. Last week you lost your match, so I know that you will be coming out hungry... for a win that it. I know that your momma is a great cook, so I am sure that she never lets you stay hungry for too long.
[Phoenix picks up a controller from the table in front of him and the sounds of guns shooting play off camera]
Phoenix: Oh excuse me, I just was finishing up a game of Gear of War. It's a pretty good game Ray, have you ever played it by chance? I bet you are good at video games. Maybe if our match goes quick, you and I could play some video games after the match? I bet that would be fun. Maybe we could watch some old wrestling tapes or something. Let's not worry about the match Ray, maybe we could be friends?
[Phoenix puts the controller back down on the table as he picks his feet off of the table and sits upright]
Phoenix: I want us to go out there and have a good match, but I hope that neither of us gets hurt. Getting hurt would be no good, and would stop us from being able to hang out. Don't you think Ray? Now onto my challenge at the upcoming Supercard. I still have not picked an opponent, and I am waiting to make that decision. I want the match to be a big one, and I don't like the fact that some "trashman" is trying to piggyback on my own idea. And it is quite funny that my old "buddy" Frankie took out the trash the challenge...
[Phoenix smirks a bit more at the camera]
Phoenix: No matter the opponent, I will be making sure that I leave the Supercard with my first major win here in RWD. I came here after a slew is missed opportunities and companies going by the wayside... and I will use what I have learned and experienced to make sure that I walk away with earned respect and the acknowledgement of my peers. It is important for me for my name to be thrown in the hat as a main eventer, and this is a chance for me to prove it. The open challenge still exists, and I await someone's response...
