"The Highlight" Lucy Wylde vs. "The Living Dead Girl" Jezzabel
Lucy Wylde was crazy impressive in the Women's Fatal Four Way at SNC #1, even if she didn't take the victory. However, due to the declaration of the co-GM Elliot Channing, every woman on the roster must keep pushing forward to prove themselves further as they're now all on watch for a chance at matching up against Artemis Kaiser. Opening Sunday Night Combat #2, Lucy takes on the monster of a woman known only as Jezzabel. The daughter of the underworld makes her in-ring debut against the always entertaining and exciting highlight reel. One could say that this match is sure to be an out of control "Wylde Fire."
- Tag Team Match -
Hayden Phoenix and John Carter vs. Ryan DeFalco and Dennis Driver
Carter was close to victory at our last Sunday Night Combat, but had it taken from him at the very last second by Ryan DeFalco. Whether you call DeFalco lucky, or a grand strategist, the fact remains that Carter wanted another chance to prove himself to which Travis Rech obliged. In Carter's corner is the debuting Hayden Phoenix, a man who's laid an open challenge to anyone in the back for our first Super Card event. Opposite them, Ryan is paired with Dennis Driver. Dennis fell short against Ray Harlan, but is hoping that having some more muscle at his side will tilt the scale of victory in his favor.
- Singles Match -
Ray Harlan vs. Alex Arren w/ William "Big Bad" Bekowsky
Ray Harlan won the hearts of the fans with his lovable antics and hard hitting style. Against him this week is a man who may have just lost some of those same fans due to his previous actions. With "Big Bad" Bekowsky acting as his morale compass, Alex takes to the ring once more. Does he have what it takes to overcome his own impulses and stop the momentum train that is Ray Harlan? The world will find out when these two meet, face to face, in the RWD ring.
- Singles Match -
Shawna Martinez vs. Nikki Lynn
Just like with the opener, more of the women's division will be looking to make their mark. On one side, "Mrs. GM" who has taken a loss at the first RWD event. Nikki Lynn will be looking to show the world why she's the perfect pairing for Robert Garland as she tries to best the wife of Garland's nemesis in one on one combat. On the other end, Shawna Martinez will be looking to state her claim to facing off against Artemis Kaiser, as well as handing out some revenge in the name of her husband. Shawna will be returning to action after a neck injury at the hands of our current Women's Champion, and one can only think that Artemis will make herself known in this contest in one way or another.
- Triple Threat Match -
KONSTANTINE vs. "War Machine" Noah Adelaide vs. Daniel Smart w/ Michael Smart
KONSTANTINE, Adelaide, and Daniel Smart are three names that have all been very impressive at SNC#1. The differences between the two is that one man took a loss against Maxwell Schneider. KONSTANTINE will be looking to get back into the game, earning himself some points in the Contest of Conquest against two men who are already three points deep in the gold race. In the case of Noah Adelaide, he'll be looking to continue representing his former school and trainers while Daniel Smart will be hoping that his training with his cousin will pay off. Speaking of which, with Michael Smart at ringside, who knows if this doesn't turn into some sort of Fatal Four Way.
- Singles Match -
Prince Abdulla Assad vs. "Perfectly Sane" Maxwell Schneider
After Maxwell stole one of Assad's moves in his match against KONSTANTINE, The Prince has taken offense to the infidel's behavior. Prince Assad has declared that Maxwell will be just another step on his road to proving superiority, while Schneider will be looking to prove that he hasn't completely lost his marbles. Both men were victorious at our first show, and they will be fighting one another in an attempt to remain undefeated and to show management why they deserve to stay on the top of the roster for a long time to come.
- The Main Event -
- Singles Match -
Frank Washington w/ Shawna Martinez vs. Chris Williams w/ Robert Garland
Frank Washington made his stance known as he threatened lawsuits to get out of his contractional obligations as bought from The closing days of The MSW. However, the judge's iron fist has refused Frank his parole. For your main event of RWD's Sunday Night Combat #2, Robert Garland has declared that Frank Washington will be in action against the recently disturbed Chris Williams. Williams' has claimed to have finally seen the light of Garland's words, vowing to do the dirty work of executing Frank Washington. Washington, on the other hand, has refused to go to the gallows silently! With Shawna in his corner, and Garland in Chris', this match has been set as a time bomb that's ripe to explode.
- What Else To Expect? -
- Drew Stevenson in Action -
Unlike last show, Rech has given Drew a heads up that he is once again to be booked on the card. Drew may not like the news, but at least he's promised to show up prepared and looking to kick the ass of anyone Rech sends his way. With knowledge in advance this time, Drew Stevenson is out to prove that no one can get the better of him as he's still got what it takes to make it in the ring.
- Frankie Cocheese to Make his Debut -
Sunday Night Combat Episode #1 promoted the debut of another main event name that has signed with The RWD. With Frankie Cocheese agreeing to wrestle, and with his new found desires to climb into the bracket of the future championship scene, one can only wonder how this big name will make his return to wrestling both an impactful and memorable one.
