Heel. The name sounds stupid. Then again, so did Tits 'N' Ass when it first started.

Heee.... Fayyyyyy.... Neutral?
I mean, the idea is neat, of course, as that's how real wrestling promotions in real life really work. I think the best way to do this is, you set up the card. Actually, you only set up some of the card. Like you did with this next card, but then later added Schneider vs Kaiser. Other matches can be anounced later, depending on what occurred in sister promotions, or on Twitter, or house shows, or through developmental role plays, or whatever!
Anyway, you would take a match, say, Frank Washington vs Ray Harlan, right? The match is set up, then the owner of the e-fed has to set up a time where he can brainstorm with both guys, preferably on Skype, and determine who should win. Figure out what would make the best story possible. Work out all the details, and then each guy can put out one role play, or alternatively, each put out one segment for the show, that would only air when the show aired. Since the winner was predetermined anyway, it doesn't really matter.
Admittedly, a lot of people wouldn't like this, because it heavily dampers the way they can role play. To a lot of people this is just free-form rpg-ing, storytelling, and doing things this way would not please everyone.
However, I see it as a challenge, something to test your mettle as a writer, because if you were being told ahead of time that you're going to lose, and you still put out quality material, I'd say that's proof there that you're an excellent writer.
It would for sure be the ultimate communal experience, and if done right, with the right sort of people, would be very interesting indeed.
