Heel. I think they've lost a lot of what made them special. Not only that, but I hear the management isn't the best. A lot of businessmen and not enough wrestling promoters.

Tweener - I am in between. She is good enough and she seems genuinely scared when she gets into shit, but TNA isn't really compelling to me anyways.

Heel. She can perform better than she has been. She has been willing to take the punishment she dishes out in the past and it allowed those opposing her to save face. Now she straight up shuts them down. Seriously, if you were Steph and acted the way she did would you want your daughter to act the same way? Do you dream of your daughter growing up to be a dick? Probably not. But when she's faced with this harsh reality check she slaps the mens and pretends like she has a backbone. Nope. Not compelling. She can do soooo much better.
Heel or Face: Lashley as TNA Champion.
I know a lot of you don't like TNA, but this is more of a comment on Lashley as a World Champion.
