He then picks them up by the head while keeping the hold applied and slams them back to the mat like a chokeslam but with the Iron Claw hold still locked in and continues to apply the pressure. He keeps this hold locked until the opponent is pinned, taps out, or referee stoppage. On rare occasion he'll repeat the Iron Claw lift a second time.)
