Welcome to RWD, we're glad to have you here. Just post your stats in the application section whenever you have them ready to. We don't manually accept/deny templates around here so as long as the character is reasonable (IE not a real wrestler like TNA/WWE, which I'm very confident it's not lol) you should be good to go. Boss Badger will probably work you into the next card.
