Here's the feedback topic for out first show. This was a hell of a good time to put together and a lot of us tried some new things with our writing techniques. You all did a great job working towards these results and we hope you all feel rewarded for your work. This topic is for getting feedback on what you all thought about the results, the writing, and anything else. And, please leave a bit more than just a "Good Show." We really need both positive and negative feedback to grow as a fed and we're counting on receiving this from our members. And, if you need a template to express yourselves, feel free to use this one:
Favorite Face - Favorite Heel - Overall Wrestler of the Night - Favorite Segment - Match of the Night - Favorite Spot - Quote of the Night -
Without any more stalling... Post away!

Really liking his character Favorite Segment - The War Within Match of the Night - Main Event Favorite Spot - DeFalco stealing John Carter's pinfall Quote of the Night - I purposely try to not pick anything that I'm involved in, but Driver submitting by yelling "Uncle!" was really great.

This fed has busted it ass to get this fed off the ground with the first show. Can't wait to see what this fed does going forward.

Favorite Face - Maxwell Schneider, Noah Adelaide Favorite Heel - Ryan DeFalco (Not vain enough to name myself), Chris Williams (A good showing) Overall Wrestler of the Night - Maxwell Schneider Favorite Segment - Frank Washington/Robert Garland Match of the Night - For some reason I loved the opening match the most. Favorite Spot - Adelaide and his finisher. Quote of the Night - Prince Abdullah Assad: I’ll show you what happens when you try to screw me Mr. Referee, consider this your last warning. Death to America!
Misc: Great first show. The opening match set the tone for the night. I liked most of the segments as well. The commentary was good during the matches as well. Opening up with a bang is always good. Nice work all.

Favorite Face - Maxwell Schneider Favorite Heel - Miles Blake Overall Wrestler of the Night - Ryan DeFalco - Pele Kick, FTW
Favorite Segment - The Women' Coronation Match of the Night - The Main Event or Williams vs. Adelaide Favorite Spot - Ryan DeFalco's Pele Kick Quote of the Night - "The crowd shows consistent hatred, Drew seeming shocked at his opponents combined weight as he mouths "One Thousand, What?!"
+: The first show was fantastic. In relation to the LEGACY style, I really liked how the writers portrayed the characters. It was glorious. I really did feel the characters come to life throughout the show. From my own personal standpoint, the Women's Division is going to be exciting with the current developing. That is why the segment won the "Favorite Segment" award from me. Not only did it showcased Artemis' alpha personality and condescending attitude, but it helped set up a chemical reaction. You got Shawna trying to get revenge, Marie trying to prove herself again, and all of the other ladies and their personalities.
Maxwell Schneider, despite his disregard for anyone's safety, has won hearts already. I will go more into depth about Maxwell in Helder's feedback thread. Miles Blake won his, due to his classic heel promo. He didn't have to do much more than what he did. Just be a douchebag with too much money. It is not an original gimmick, but I love the execution.
All of the matches were well detailed, which added in visualizing what the hell was going on. It really showed that the writers weren't just a couple of schmucks who barely knew the psychology in wrestling. Also, each match was unique in its own way. From Konstantine ducking and dodging chair shots to DeFalco's Pele Kick, each match had their own flavor that made them interesting to read. Match of the Night has to go to both the Main Event and the Opening match. Both were really hard fought contests, that shows that there was some difficulty in judging this week. There was enough drama and spectacle in each matches, especially seeing how importance they are.
Comedy was not devoid from the show. With Robbin's "31 rules" and poor Drew's reaction to the call was some of the highlights for me. It is good to get a chuckle (or a lengthy giggle, if you didn't hear me) out of a show.
-: Don't burn yourself out, guys. Fantastic first show. I had no criticisms.

That Cocheese fella. He seems pretty cool. Intense. I suspect he's gonna be a star.
"West Newhaven: Didn't you lose your leg over in Iraq, Matt?"
No, that was Chris Melendez. God West.
"The Blue Shade admires his henchmen's handiwork, conjuring up a hot dog and large soda from his sleeves before taking a bite, a sip, and then dropping both items to the floor"
Probably one of the best lines I've ever read. While The Undertaker has magic teleportation powers...The Shades can cast "Create Food & Drink". I didn't know The Shades were fifth level Clerics...
All in all it was a fun little show. I'm glad Miles Blake's first seg is getting a positive response, and overall I like Prince Asaad the most on this roster.

I'm lame and wishy-washy and inarticulate, so I'll do my best not to turn this into a comedy thing.
Favorite Face - Either Ray Harlan or Alex Arren (One for being a classic bumpkin-y babyface and the other for cutting an unexpectedly respectful promo in the face of hypocritical dipshittery.) Favorite Heel - Either Prince Abdulla Assad or Dennis Driver (One for his surefire heat and the other for being the li'lest douchebag.) Overall Wrestler of the Night - KONSTANTINE (Because he built himself up hard to be the big villain a promotion like RWD needs.) Favorite Segment - "Cash Creates Controversy" by "Billionaire" Miles Blake (Because his sole reason to come out was to be a dick, and that level of pettiness should be rewarded.) Match of the Night - Chris Williams vs. "War Machine" Noah Adelaide (What a great way to start off the inaugural SNC show. This might mark the first time in wrestling history that the fans remembered something vital from another promotion, and they didn't let Williams forget it!) Favorite Spot - Harlan bench-pressing Driver (An old-school spot seldom seen these days!) Quote of the Night - I’ll show you what happens when you try to screw me Mr. Referee, consider this your last warning. Death to America!" - Assad (Because it was so over the top and out of left field, with a twist of old school nationalistic alarmism for extra controversial flavour.)

That show was truly a community-driven show. With 12 different writers participating in putting the show together, whether matches or segments, THAT is a huge freaking deal. When we can all put something together like that, it's awesome. In a short couple of days, we all put together 60 pages of story-driven material. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for that. The best part, was that it was all great quality from start to finish. Really nicely done, everyone. Favorite Face - Schneider is definitely a lovable crazy-man Favorite Heel - Prince Abdulla Assad Overall Wrestler of the Night - Schneider Favorite Segment - Women's Championship Coronation Match of the Night - Drew vs. the Shades for all of the laughs Favorite Spot - Noah Adelaide hitting the Corkscrew SSP (I wrote it, so fuck you! ) Quote of the Night - "One thousand WHAT?!?" - Drew Stevenson If this show is the standard going forward, we are all gonna do big things.
