Noah spent most of his time over seas because damn near every promotion in the US that he participated in struggled to stay around. Even the acclaimed Missouri State Wrestling in the end couldn't keep the fight going and it couldn't stay around. It was terrible for Noah because Noah was the surprise contract signing. Noah was the free agent that they had just signed who was going to debut soon, but it didn't work out. However that brings Noah here to the RWD; his contract since it was signed before Missouri State closed up, and it was part of the contracts bought out. And now Noah gets one of his biggest debuts. Noah gets a debut against the former PURE 15 champion, Chris Williams. Ask anybody about Chris Williams, and they may not know all about his past but when it comes to MSW they saw him take charge. They saw him go through the brutal fatal four way that had everybody in that match striving hard to win but in the end it was Chris that did it. It was Chris that won the Trophy, and it was Chris that had the devil on his shoulder. It was Chris that didn't know how to think for himself and it was Chris that found himself in deeper shit than he was ready for.
You know what else he's not ready for? The War Machine. The man that learned from 'Never Say Die' and 'The Emerald.' He graduated from the Emerald Academy, one of the single toughest training facilities in the entire sport and had some of the highest success rate of students. A lot of which find their success over seas as Noah did but it was time, after the fall of LEGACY, that he continue on his conquest and it starts with the drone they call Williams. Noah is no nonsense and Chris - will - fall. Cue Noah.
"Revolutionary... Ya know what? I'll give it to ya. I'll go ahead and give it to ya because to be part of a Revolution means to usher into change. That means that this is going to be a company that's going to push the boundaries and change the sport as we know it. It's going to be able to take what Missouri State started and continue the mission but the ability to stand out. So when it came to my decision if I wanted bought out, or contract exchanged... I thought about it. I thought about just cashing out and going back over to Japan and Germany and a bunch of other countries around Europe, teaming back up with Steven and letting Love & War run rampart. But then they caught me, Rech caught me and he said 'Ya know what Noah? I've seen what you could do, I know who's trained you and I want you. I want you to be part of the Revolution that's going to change this sport." Of course, in his own little way and when he told me he was going to put me up against the first and last PURE15 champion? It was an opportunity for me to make my statement so I said yeah... I said HELL yea, I'll take that contract and I'll show Chris why they call me the War Machine. Because while he's still trying to figure out what's going on with Garland in his head, I know exactly who I am and what I want and that's to give Williams a swift kick to the head and either make him tap out with the VTR, or pin him in the middle of the ring one, two, three with a Dragon's Wrath."
Noah smirks, and he paused for just a mere moment. There was a look on his face that screamed determination for a win and for success, despite whomever stood in his way. The kick off show happened to be Williams, but it wouldn't matter who it was in the end because the result would be the same.
"This match, Chris.. this match is making me determined because these people... they know you Chris. These people are willing to go to bat for you, Chris, despite everything. Despite you being a drone, and despite you not having a mind of your own, and despite all of the talent that you've got... you want me to let you in on a little secret? I'm better. You're damn right. I, Noah Adelaide, am better than THEE Chris Williams. I'm better than Chris Williams because I won't accept anything otherwise. I'm the best on the roster because I refuse to accept otherwise. There are always ups and downs to every match, to every career but when the RWD gets started and we stand across from each other, Chris, you need to understand that I'm not just talk. Cameron Kaiser learned that first hand when he doubted me and found himself in a situation where he had to bring backup to take care of business. I don't have time for you to try and figure out who you are or what you're going to do, Chris. I don't have the time for you to try and figure out what your morals are, if they're good or bad, black or white, up or down -- it doesn't matter. All that matters is that I go to the ring, I beat you, and I start my road to the RWD Championship. I start my road to the top and then you can keep playing swords with Garland and Washington."
The one thing that was known about Noah is that he wasn't afraid to tell it it was in his view, ever. He was out spoken and he just cared about success. It was his talent, skill and drive to win in the ring and his respect for the business and who trained him, and taught him that, that the people connected with and that was why they cheered for him. He never claimed to be a role model but he wouldn't play dirty as long as the people respected him.
"When the show rolls around, Chris, there's no pussy footing around. I'm going for the kill and I won't let you beat me. You just better be damn ready and focused, Chris. You better be ready to take on the challenge that you can never anticipate the next move, and I'll make sure of that. See, revolutions only come at the expense of war, and you can't have a war without a War MACHINE!"
